Product Design

Nikolaj is an architect and designer who has, throughout his career, been involved in various aspects of product and brand development, communications, business strategy, and operational functions.

He has worked in renowned architecture offices such as Bjarke Ingels Group in Copenhagen and GRAFT Brandlab in Berlin, participated in numerous high-profile, interdisciplinary design projects, and worked with clients such as Tesla, Adidas, Huawei, and others. He co-founded the design brand FOLDS, which designs, manufactures, and sells home decor and furniture products.

Having experience in both product- and service-based businesses, Nikolaj has a holistic understanding of the design process, encompassing creative, strategic, and operational aspects.

Architecture

Ben is an Architect and Thinker with over 10 years experience on a broad range of Residential, Cultural, Interior Design and Research projects. He sees design as a holistic, collaborative process and his work ethos focuses around themes of user-centric design, placemaking and identity.

He has worked with renowned international design offices in London, New York, Turin and Berlin and collaborated on numerous high profile, interdisciplinary design projects including the Taiwan National Library in Tainan, the MAAS Powerhouse Museum of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Sydney and the M9 Museum of Modern Art in Mestre, Venice, alongside research with the Harvard-Brazil Cities Research Grant Program.

He completed his studies at London Metropolitan University and holds a professional licence in both the United Kingdom and Germany.
